Welcome back to the Knott's Peanuts Celebration! The first event at Knott's Berry Farm for a 2022 season that is filled with events pretty much every month. This years event has been extended and will run through March 6th. Click Here for all of the info. Written by Gregg Condon It was a beautiful day to be back at Knott's Berry Farm. Be sure to check out or video update below as well! Lots of great merchandise for this event, as with every Knott's event. Always love these signs in Camp Snoopy Had to take one last spin on Montezooma's Revenge. The ride re-opened after closing for it's long refurbishment. No date for it's closure has been announced yet, but we've been assured by the park they will let everybody know. Our first treat of the event was the Wah Wah Wah Buffalo Popcorn Chicken Loaded Fries (say that 5 times fast). They were quite tasty but other than the sauce, something you could make very easily at home. Love these character outlines that are all throughout the park. The Music Goes Round and Round has moved from the main Calico Stage to Camp Snoopy. The show definitely works better here. Our next two meals were the PB&J Burger and Chicken Parm Grilled Cheese. Both were ok. The burger used store-bought Smuckers Strawberry jelly instead of Knott's Boysenberry for some reason. The bread on the Grilled Cheese was great, but the insides were not very warm. Definitely needed more melty cheese and more heated chicken parm. We didn't get a chance to see the Marcie character, so this will have to do. =) Xcelerator is back open after it's repaint, and it looks great! Be sure to stop by K-NOT radio in the Boardwalk. Always a fun treat! Lots of characters out in the park to greet guests. The only major construction project going on at the park right now are new restrooms and a new restaurant. Rumor is the restrooms will be moving over on this side near the bumper cars. Love the themed signs. A look at the new restaurant artwork. The former bathrooms will be a part of the new restaurant. The Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwich. It was very tasty but we thought it was going to be with ice cream other than vanilla. Maybe next time we'll try it with Boysenberry soft serve. Overall we had a fun time at the Peanut's Celebration, but to be honest, it's my least favorite of the Knott's "events". It's definitely geared towards young children, and that's great, but that's not us. The food we tried was just "ok" especially compared to the amazing food they have available at the Boysenberry Festival and Merry Farm. We will most likely be back before the celebration ends and we'll try some more food of course. Related Videos

Last Friday we headed out to Knott's Merry Farm to check out the opening day of this years event.
After seeing a lot of pictures from the Passholder preview night on Thursday, with a LOT of people, we were worried the event would be even more busy for the opening day. It was in fact a very pleasant day. I was there a few hours in the afternoon and then back in the evening after the Legoland Tree Lighting (click the link to check out that update). I was able to try some yummy food and see some of the amazing entertainment at this years event. I saved a few things until we go back to the event so look for another Merry Farm update from us in a few weeks. Let's head in and have some fun! Written by Gregg Condon
Welcome back to Knott's Merry Farm! It's great to be back!
Our first Merry Farm treat was the Turkey Poutine Tots. They were decent, could have used some more gravy and perhaps something sweet/tart like Cranberry Sauce as well.
The Holiday Chicken Waffle Taco was very tasty! Wish the Waffle itself would have been a bit crispier, like an actual taco shell, but that was minor. Would eat again!
Lots of cute and fun merchandise throughout the park!
And some great decorations/photo ops
Xcelerator is getting a well needed paint job!
Missed K-NOT radio every time I walked by here.
Is Whiplash ever coming back? It's not even listed on the closed attractions outside the park.
HangTime is back!
There is a LOT of really great merchandise, so we figured it would be better if we put it in a slide show.
The Factory Store got a really great new sign. We love it!
The carolers are so great!
The Saloon looks great as always!
I got the Santa's Little Helper as it was the only drink that didn't have Vodka. I don't do Vodka.
Lots of great characters in the park
The "worst thing ever" cashless machines. It's ok everybody. You'll get used to it.
Traffic cooperated coming back from the Legoland Tree Lighting and I was able to enjoy a couple of hours of Merry Farm at night.
It looks so great I don't even miss the fog. That much. =)
Home For The Holidays is such a fun show, a bit cheesy in parts, but pure holiday fun! Not to be missed!
Needed the night version of this shot. =)
Poor Ebenezer
Santa's Cabin is back and is always a highlight for food and entertainment
The Sticky Toffee Pudding was amazing, will definitely be getting this again!
Camp Snoopy at night always looks so great!
Thanks for checking out our Merry Farm update! Our plans are to be back the first weekend in December, so look for a lot more Merry Farm fun soon!
